Shipping Information

What are your shipping options within Australia?

We offer express and standard shipping.

  • Express: Free on orders over $300, or $15 under $300
  • Standard: $10 flat rate for orders under $300
When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12pm AWST (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. A flat rate of $60 AUD applies to all international orders.

Duties and taxes are not included and may be payable upon arrival.

We do not ship to international PO Boxes.

Do you offer Click & Collect?

Yes. Select ‘Pick Up’ at checkout.

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready. Please bring photo ID and your order confirmation when collecting.

How long do I have to collect my order?

Orders must be collected within 3 days.

Uncollected orders after 5 days will be cancelled and refunded.
